DESIRED SKILLS

• Growth oriented mindset with ample business experience
• Proactivity with a genuine passion for growth and marketing
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing
• High level of analytical thinking and clear understanding of performance-based marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV)
• Understanding of Amazon or Google PPC campaigns
• At least 1 year of experience managing ecommerce seller marketing strategies
• Experience managing freelancers (mostly Upwork)
• Efficiency and self-management skills
• Integrity and team spirit
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of copywriting and email marketing

POSITION GOALS

• Maintain or improve our business growth from previous years
• Create marketing activities that will move the needle while maintaining sustainable CAC
• Improve our current Amazon and other sales channels through A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization
• Successfully own all marketing-related processes (meetings, reporting, analytics)
• Successfully manage outside partners, freelancers, and other services related to sales growth

BONUS SKILLS

Besides being an ecommerce company, we are also a SaaS, so any experience working with SaaS companies is a bonus:

• Understanding of SaaS-specific metrics (Churn, ARPU, LTV)
• Understanding of customer success best practices
• Understanding of software development process
